Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, boxes, and accessories included. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2 How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we'll arrange collection or ask you to send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5-7 business days.

4 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
