Your customer service was really good. Especially, when I told you that the watch I initially ordered was too small, you took the time to check it and send me photos. Thank you so much for that. If you hadn’t done that, I would have been disappointed after receiving the watch. I really appreciate how you understood the customer’s concern and helped me choose the right one. The delivery was also very fast. Overall, I’m really satisfied with your service. Thank you! ❤️

Excellent Service & Genuine Products I purchased two Casio watches from Ranasinghe Watch Works today, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. Both watches are 100% genuine and original. There was a small mistake where I was charged extra for shipping. What impressed me most was that they noticed the issue and refunded the extra amount even before my package arrived. That level of honesty, responsibility, and customer service is truly appreciated. 👏 Highly recommended! If you’re looking for genuine Casio watches with excellent service and trustworthy sellers, Ranasinghe Watch Works is definitely a place to consider. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought two Casio watches for me and my wife from Ranasinghe Watch Works that was listed on their website at two occasions. They were Genuine brand new watches. Came with Original box, Bag, User manual and warranty card. Next day delivery was smooth with followup check as well. Trustworthy seller. There are fake replicas of Casio watches out there which does not last few months. This is a place to buy Originals for the best price. Recommended and wish them continued success.

I bought a Casio MRW 200 h from them and am very happy with it. I ordered through their website, and after confirming the order, the watch arrived the next day. Fast delivery, and it was in perfect condition. They have the lowest prices I could find, and I saw some shops charging more than double. I will definitely come back for a Casio.
