🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging (including box, manual, warranty card, and tags)
• A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be completed
• Delivery charges and handling charges are non-refundable

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different model or color? We’re happy to help! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• The product must be in brand-new condition with all original materials

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
• Replacement parts or watch accessories (e.g. batteries, straps, boxes)
• Clearance or promotional items
• Gift cards or store vouchers

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference and availability
• Please include photos or video proof of the damage when reporting the issue

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• We sent you the wrong item, or
• The item is damaged or defective

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

⏱️ Processing Time
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned product.

• It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider
