Our Story
The roots of Ranasinghe Watch Works go back to our founder, Mr. Ranasinghe Arachchige Don Abraham Ranasinghe, who first opened his workshop in the southern town of Bentara. After honing his skills at a renowned watch repair center in Kandy, he settled in Matale and established his business in 1931 under the name Lanka Watch Works. Located at No. 636, Main Street, Matale, the shop quickly gained a reputation as the best watch shop in Matale.
